SSC CPO SI 2019 Syllabus और तयारी की पूरी जानकारी  Dear Candidates, जैसा की आप सभी जानते है Staff selection commission (कर्मचारी चयन आयोग) द्वारा SI (Sub- Inspector), CPO Male – कुल पद – 1000+ तथा  CPO Female – कुल पद – 91  अलग अलग Department जैसे की Delhi Police DP, CRPF (Centeral Reservce Police Force), BSF (Border Security Forces), ITBP (Indo Tibetan Border Security Force), SSB (Shashatra Seema Bal),CISF(Centeral Industerial Security Forces) मे निकली हुई है ! और संभावना है कि बहुत से Students इस फॉर्म को भरने की सोच रहे होंगे Form भरने से पहले इसके बारे मे पूरी जानकारी होना बेहद जरुरी है इसलिए आज हम आपको इसकी syllabus और होने वाले Exam की पूरी जानकारी देंगे हमारी सलाह है कि आप ध्यान से ले फिर फॉर्म भरे !

 

SSC CPO SI 2019 Syllabus की जानकारी

SSC CPO SI की परीक्षा दो चरणों मे होगी Paper 1 और Paper – 2, Paper -1 Physical Test(PST) / Physical Endurance Test(PET) और Paper – 2 Detailed Medical Examination (DME) यह आपके performance के basis पर निर्भर करेगा ! जो छात्र PET Qualifying करेंगे उनका केंद्र/ राज्य सरकार के Hospital या dispenser के Grade -1 medical अधिकारी और CAPF के medical अधिकारी द्वारा medical किया जायेगा ! Candidates की चयन प्रक्रिया निम्नलिखत तरीके से होगी :-

• Paper 1 and Paper -2
• Physical Endurance Test(PET)
• Medical Test

1. SSC CPO का  written Exam 2 paper में  होगा  Paper -1 and Paper 2
2. paper -1  Exam Computer आधारित Test होगा  CBT देना होगा
3. Paper – Written Exam होगा  (Pen – Paper के द्वारा)

a) 100 meters race in 16 seconds
b) 1.6 Km race in 6.5 minutes
c) Long Jump: 3.65 meters in 3 chances
d) High Jump: 1.2 meters in 3 chances
e) Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 meters in 3 chances

For female candidates only
a) 100 meters race in 18 seconds
b) 800 meters race in 4 minutes
c) Long Jump: 2.7 meters (9 feet) in 3 chances.
d) High Jump: 0.9 meters (3 feet) in 3 chances.
