You may print the application form as a draft.

Verify your entries before submitting finally, No modification can be made after the final submission.

  • Application ID will be generated after final submission.
  • Only the finally submitted application will be considered.
  • Print a copy of the finally submitted application form.(For reference only)
  • Before uploading a photo and signature ensure that.
  • The photo size should be less than 50 kb. (Preferred Dimension: 200 x 230 px).
  • The photo should be cleared, not blurred, and should not be a selfie.
  • The signature size should be less than 20 kb. (Preferred Dimension: 140 x 60 px).
  • Filling out the application form will consist of the following subsequent steps:-

Step 4:- Semester-Wise Details
Step 5:- Upload Photo & Signature
Step 6:- Upload the Document

Step 8:- Finalise and submit an application
